RemX is looking for an Office Administrator for a well-established company located in the Richmond area!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations to include administrative and human resources duties
  • Help maintain office productivity for staff members to ensure the office runs efficiently
  • Implement policies and procedures across office locations
  • Maintain records
  • Oversee accounts receivable collections process
  • Organize all office social events
  • Managing full cycle recruiting process for all administrative positions
  • Supervise administrative staff to include implementing training programs
  • Oversee and maintain employee benefits programs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of Management and HR Generalist experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
