We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers in a call center setting for a medical company.
Answering a high level of inbound calls from health care providers, patients and/or insurance companies and identify the type of assistance needed
Focus on first call issue resolution
Deliver all information and answer questions in a positive, compassionate and conversational manner to facilitate developing a relationship with the caller, while providing the best customer service experience possible
Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
Meet the performance goals in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, provider satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
