Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers in a call center setting for a medical company.

Responsibilities:

  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering a high level of inbound calls from health care providers, patients and/or insurance companies and identify the type of assistance needed
  • Focus on first call issue resolution
  • Deliver all information and answer questions in a positive, compassionate and conversational manner to facilitate developing a relationship with the caller, while providing the best customer service experience possible
  • Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
  • Meet the performance goals in the areas of: efficiency, call quality, provider satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
