YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage 5-7 field customer service technicians in Greenville/Spartanburg area
  • Direct warranty activities in assigned area
  • Meet with homeowners for escalated issues to assess situation
  • Monitor budgets for warranty support
  • Work with construction team and subcontractors regarding the warranty needs of customers
  • Recommend changes to products or services based on customer warranty needs
  • Review all service requests and follow through with claim process
  • Training of new customer service techs

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Construction industry experience is required
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Management experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle conflict and escalated situations
  • Ability to deal with constantly changing priorities
  • Must be able to travel locally (gas allowance is offered) for field service calls
