We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team of a company located in Richmond. 



  • Resolve customers service or billing complaints
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Job Requirements

  • Must be available between the hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • High school diploma or GED preferred. 
  • 1-2 years customer service related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. 
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
