TYPE: 6 month contract

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Follow up on customer requests
  • Handle purchase orders
  • Enter sales orders into the system
  • Edit sales order information if necessary
  • Update weekly reports for open orders
  • Provide updates to customers regarding order status
  • Work with logistics department on shipments of orders
  • Provide price quotes to customers
  • Follow up on back orders

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling customer service or sales support duties in a business to business environment; manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills required
