JOB SUMMARY:

This position will report to the Manager of Client Services.

The Account Executive Support Specialist will provide support and handle administration responsibilities for the Account Management Department.

This individual will assist the Account Management Team with all of their needs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Run Broker/Client Reports

2. Create Network Directories

3. Assist with creating Client Service Books

4. Track credit card statements and submit expense reports

5. Send Client Surveys and track results

6. Involved in RFP process and due what is needed to meet deadlines

7. Work with CRM tool to track team service

8. Work with Share Point to keep documents up to date and manage team calendar

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in administration support. 2. Account Management and/or customer service experience a plus 3. Must be able to read and write in the English language and compose concise business communications. 4. Must have knowledge of Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook. 5.
