Description

Our client, an appliance repair company, is seeking qualified Call Center Representatives to join their growing team! Candidates in this position will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers who call in for repairs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls (primarily scheduling service calls and answering questions about our services offered).
  • Dispatching service technicians
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1 year in a high volume, call center environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
