Under general supervision provides support to USON network practices in the areas of reimbursement and assistance programs.
Maintains continued knowledge of current assistance programs, qualifying criteria, and oncology drugs.
Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.
Supports and adheres to the USON/MSH Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards and HIPAA.
2+ years experience.
Strong healthcare, insurance, and reimbursement background.
Knowing oncology terms and drugs is a plus.
Also pharmacy tech experience is a plus.
