TYPE: Direct Hire; Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from assigned portfolio of clients
  • Work within ticket queue to resolve issues for clients
  • Assist users with basic system errors and troubleshoot tier 1 concerns
  • Escalate issues to tier 2 or tier 3 support as needed
  • Document client requests in software system
  • Document software errors for technical support team
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
  • Account management or business to business customer service experience is required
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem solving skills
  • SQL experience is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
