RemX has partnered with a great mortgage company in Philadelphia to assist in their search for a Contract Manager. The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a specific HUD region and acts as a liaison with HUD through written and verbal communication.

 Contract Manager Job Description:

  • Develop and submit monthly performance goals for the team and management
  • Participate in key decisions pertaining to staffing levels
  • Provide leadership advice to department managers and act as a mentor
  • Review monthly quality control reports and scorecards with each Department Manager
  • Provide recommendations for resolutions from deficiencies noted within reports
  • Monitor new processes to determine if process is efficient
  • Ensure contractual deadlines outlined by the client are met within each department
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
  • Establish monthly and annual budgets related to HUD expenses
  • Implement approved processes within each department

Job Requirements

Contract Manager Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience managing an office
  • Self-motivated, possess a strong level of initiative and have the ability to achieve results with minimal guidance
  • Strong relationship and team building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully coach and develop teams
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office, excel and Word Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience of three to five years
