Technical Support Specialist

 

Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a full-time technical support specialist with great customer skills that can provide level 1 support to their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone and email customer support
  • Work with level 2 support staff on escalated issues, maintaining responsibility for customer communications
  • Documentation in clients CRM
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation and manuals
  • Provide demonstrations and training as needed
  • Become an SME on cross functional projects
  • Participate in testing/QA as needed

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years help desk experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience dealing with both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Strong software/computer skills
  • Experience with both Windows and MAC
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Screen capture software experience
  • WebEx (or similar) training experience
