RemX has partnered with a leading Real Estate and Property Management organization to find an experienced Sr. Administrative Assistant to support their top level executives. This is a contract position (approx.. 3-4 months) with the possibility of becoming a permanent role pay 28-34/hr DOE. Please review the description below and apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting top level executives on an individual and departmental level
  • Effectively manage executive’s calendar, travel schedule (domestic and international travel), and internal and external communication related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, board meetings, etc.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Order supplies for Executive office
  • Prepare newsletters, draft memos, research data and prepare findings to executive management team
  • Maintain excellent record keeping, filing and system tracking
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a similar Sr. Administrative role; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous Executive support required; 1-3 years
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in any situation with a service driven mindset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Be able to work autonomously and perform special projects
