RemX Irvine is recruiting for a Temporary or Contract HR Administrator located in Monrovia.  This is a company that needs seasonal help conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews.  Temporary position to last approx. 3+ months Immediate start.  Offering $18.00-20.00p/hr.

 

HR Administrator Duties:

  • Contact applicants and complete a thorough phone screen
  • Schedule interviews
  • Assist with on-boarding
  • Data entry
  • Additional projects as assigned

Job Requirements

HR Administrator Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Recruiting background including phone screens and schedules of interviews
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate level
  • Cornerstone ATS preferred
  • ADP Enterprise v5 preferred
