The Customer Service Representative will sit with our client in their offices in Edison, New Jersey and perform the below responsibilities.
The position will report to the CEO in the US.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the tasks below and has worked with manufactured goods or products before.
We are looking for a professional, proactive, positive, flexible, detail and solution-oriented, a candidate with a collaborative approach that can excel at teamwork in a small office environment. Capable of seeing the global vision and big picture in a customer-centric organization.
The position consists of much more than forwarding phone calls and doing data entry. It requires involvement and responsibility in many admin aspects. CSR is responsible for Entering and invoicing orders daily, maintaining job information on products sold, assist B2B customers through phone and email with product order information, answer questions about product information and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Checking lead times and stock info through the computer system or factory portal
Ideal candidate will have:
3+ years in Customer Service/Upselling and Order Entry and follow up.
