Client Service Specialist Job Description:
- Act as point of contact to clients, support staff, and family in order to guide them through various portals and processes.
- Address concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
- Build relationships with clients and families in order to ensure that everyone is treated with the highest level of dignity and respect
- Maintain a high call volume
- Accurately document information into salesforce/documentation portals
Client Service Specialist Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of years of experience in a Customer Service position, non-profit preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Professional correspondence via phone and email
- Able to work under pressure
- Tech savy
- Adaptable and eager to exceed quotas
