Client Service Specialist Job Description:

  • Act as point of contact to clients, support staff, and family in order to guide them through various portals and processes.
  • Address concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Build relationships with clients and families in order to ensure that everyone is treated with the highest level of dignity and respect
  • Maintain a high call volume
  • Accurately document information into salesforce/documentation portals

 

Job Requirements

Client Service Specialist Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of years of experience in a Customer Service position, non-profit preferred
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Professional correspondence via phone and email
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Tech savy
  • Adaptable and eager to exceed quotas
