 The Chart Retrieval Specialist is responsible for monitoring ongoing quality metrics for documents retrieved by Field Reviewers.  The Chart Retrieval Specialist will perform chart quality assurance monitoring.

 The specialist will work with fellow specialists to review quality trends and determine creative solutions.  In addition, they will also communicate with the Lead Specialist and supervisory staff regarding quality monitoring and improvement activities.

 The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, having the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and able to multi-task with competing priorities, applying strong organizational skills. The specialist will also have experience with computer keyboarding and data entry and must be able to look at a computer screen for long periods of time.  Previous or current work experience in quality assurance is required.



  • 1+ years of call center experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Access (others as identified by management) required
  • 2+ years of equivalent experience in quality assurance roles with increasing level of responsibility is desirable
  • High school diploma or GED; College degree strongly preferred

  • Collects and summarizes performance data, identifies opportunities for improvement, and presents findings
  • Performs QA audit on all remote staff and provides feedback based on results 
  • Assists Field Reviewers while in the field with documentation questions.
  • Answer telephones, take messages, and re-direct calls when necessary
