TYPE: First shift, Contract to Hire

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Execute shipment management tasks throughout the shipment cycle
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Serve as liaison between clients and service providers
  • Resolve shipment deficiencies
  • Resolve pick up, delivery, or en-route exceptions and minimize impact to customer
  • Communicate potential service failures
  • Accurately enter data into database for client documentation
  • Provide backup to other team members
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or transportation is preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
