Description

A growing, Orlando based company is actively seeking a full-charge bookkeeper to assist with financial reporting, reconciliations and data entry and Accounts Payables. The Bookkeeper will have the opportunity to work directly with the Director of Accounting in a fun and thriving environment.

  • Responsible for month-end close - data entry, financial reporting, data entry and Accounts Payables 
  • Working knowledge of federal and state requirements as well as GAAP
  • Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are met 
  • Reconciling accountants and GL
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask 
  • Must be able to be self motivated and communicate well with staff 

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a full-charge bookkeeping position 
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Heavy data entry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with inventory preferred
