RemX Irvine is recruiting for a Customer Service Associate for our client located in Fullerton. This is a company that is growing rapidly and looking for someone who is dependable and reliable and shines in a Customer Service environment. Temp or Temp to Hire Offering $16.00-$19.00p/hr.
Customer Service Associate Duties:
- Greeting customers via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Answer general queries on pricing, anything pertaining to orders, minor install issues, missing hardware and product information lookup.
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to customer questions and make sure customers are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Handling telephone calls, warranty, phone system support, and customer communication.
- Will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Customer service or equivalent training
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication, customer service and vendor relationship skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner for their customers
