Description

RemX is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to assist the internal team of our client in Del Mar. This position is temporary, covering a leave of absence and is paying $17-19/hr. We are looking for a tech savvy individual with an eagerness to support the team with problem solving and efficiency! Apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal colleagues seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Create help desk tickets and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Assist with basic computer troubleshooting such as: password resets, general log in trouble, application issues, account lockouts,
  • Record issues and resolutions in logs 

Job Requirements

  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems
  • 1+ years of previous Help Desk experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365  
  • Excellent problem solving skills
