*This company is relocating to Collegeville in February - currently located in the King of Prussia/Wayne area

Contract-to-hire, $15/hour, Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p 

Customer Service Representative Job Description:

  • Receive inbound calls from customers, answering health insurance claims-related questions, and providing benefit information and claim status
  • Notify the Claims Department of any large dollar claims
  • Send HIPPA authorization forms to callers
  • Verify that claims are processed correctly

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Medical/health insurance background preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
