Now Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-paced thriving call center on the Southside of Jacksonville!

Responsibilities:

  • Sources and screens talent to fill existing and future job openings and promotes career opportunities within the organization.  
  • Primarily recruits front-line positions, including Outbound Telesales Agents and Inbound Sales and Retention Representatives.
  • Contacts applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.
  • Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants.
  • Generates reports on sourcing activity including, but not limited to, attrition/turnover by class, new hire reports, fill rate reports, etc.
  • Writes and maintains job descriptions.
  • Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants.
  • Recommends Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
  • Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.

Job Requirements
