Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant  

Excellent opportunity

-Onboarding and Assist HR Manager with HR tasks

-Timesheet management: Time collection, Time Log maintenance, Time processing for payroll

-Payroll processing with ADP Workforce Now Experience

-Strong Microsoft Office (outlook, Excel, Word) Skills; Especially, Excel skills

-QuickBooks experience with at least AP

-Data Entry

-Clerical work: Organize and maintain files and archive files

-Office Administration and Maintenance- order supplies/ oversee facilities, cleaning and maintenance crew

-Attending phone calls 

Job Requirements

Education:

-Minimum associate in accounting required -College degree preferred but not necessary

Experience:
