The Project Accountant would be responsible for performing the complete scope of project payable accounting from inception through job close out and warranty for multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Process subcontractor’s payment applications and all material invoices for assigned projects
• Handle all aspects of construction payables, including coding, and maintenance of job cost
• Perform monthly review of job cost activity ensuring consistent and proper coding
• Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of job related topics including bonding, insurance and contract agreements
