We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join the team of a law firm located in Richmond, VA

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting activities including bank reconciliation, P&L statements and GL analysis
• Oversee billing, A/P and A/R 
• Provide decision support, financial analysis, internal control guidance and other assistance to key stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3-4 years’ experience in an accounting leadership role required
• 5+ years’ experience as a certified public accountant
• Exceptional leadership abilities
• Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required
