RemX is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a company in Richmond! 

Responsibilities: 

• Receive and process invoices
• Invoice coding and data entry
• Process payments
• Reconcile statements
• Answer phones and direct customers/vendors

• 2+ years' AP experience
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with a high volume of data
• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
