We are currently hiring Call Center Supervisors for a fast paced growing Customer Contact Center located on the Southside of Jacksonville.
· This is a Temp to Hire position starting at $18/hr
· We offer weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits.
· Must have a flexible schedule to meet business needs (between the hours 11am – 1am)
The Call Center Supervisor will:
· Provide live chat support and floor support to team members
· Handle Supervisor Escalations and Escalated Calls.
· Spot Check Agent dispositions and coach accordingly.
· Monitor agents and provide proactive support as necessary.
· Meet with each assigned team every week to provide team and client updates, small group training sessions, set expectations, and answer questions.
· Prepare and deliver weekly team performance report. Update Quality and Schedule Adherence metrics.
· Work experience managing or supervising others in a fast-paced environment
· Call center experience
. Excellent oral and written communication skills; presentation and group facilitation
. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadline constraints
· Excellent communicator.

. 2+ years working with others in a mentoring, supervisory, or management role
· Knowledge of how adults acquire and use information and skills, and of training techniques suitable for different learning styles.
· Skilled in research, observation, coaching and providing feedback to employees and executives.
