RemX is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a small printing company in Norcross, GA. Pay $15 - $16 depending on experience.

This is a Dog-Friendly, Family-run business seeking someone that is polished, professional and driven to succeed!
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Answer the telephone and handle routine questions and requests/orders by customers.
- Verify that orders are timely.
- Help the customer at the front counter, on the phone, or by email.
- Take Orders (approximately 200 a day) and Enter them in the system.
- Cross Sell/Up Sell products
The Customer Service Representative requirements:
- At least one year in sales, customer service (preferably in the Printing Industry)
- Must have excellent communications skills (both in person and over phone)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Adobe InDesign is a big plus!
- Must be computer savvy and knowledgeable with Social Media platforms.
- Must be organized, have strong attention to detail, and possess good time management skills.
- Strong drive for sales and ambition are highly encouraged.
- Be a self starter! Must be willing to learn/train through hands on experience.
- Be able to work with a variety of personalities in a fast paced environment
