RemX is looking to hire an Operations Manager for a growing and stable company in Jacksonville, FL. This position is full time, direct hire. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in mentoring, supervisory, or management role.

Job Description:

This position required handling of an abundance of sales and performance data. This candidate will assist the director in analyzing the data to find areas of success and opportunities for change. Candidates will need to aid in the determining proactive and reactive responses in performance management.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver performance reporting complete with anecdotal feedback and recommended daily priorities.
  • Ensure Accounting support by ensuring the client’s payroll processes are clearly communicated internally and all necessary payroll documentation, including performance bonuses, are submitted accurately and timely.
  • Prepare, present, and deliver both internally and externally the client’s report card by department to leadership highlighting success, identifying areas of opportunities, and making recommendations for opportunities.
  • Facilitate supervisor satisfaction surveys to evaluate effectiveness of the supervisor in driving performance.
  • Prepare and communicate performance against key performance indicators.
  • Model organizational communication and leadership by actively engaging with team members on the sales floor.
  • Communicate client desires and expectations internally and recommend strategies for implementation.
  • Monitor progress on existing clients’ pending projects against agreed upon metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.


  • Work experience managing or supervising others in a contact center environment
  • Must be a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadline constraints.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various employee levels from direct service personnel to executives across diverse cultures.
  • Solutions-oriented, detail-oriented individual who understands how to effectively support team members.
