RemX has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for our client in the Poway area!  This is a great opportunity for a new HR grad or someone with administrative experience looking to get into Human Resources. The HR Admin Assistant will be helping with on-boarding new employees within a warehouse setting as well as assisting with high volumes of paperwork, some recruiting and bookkeeping. PERK: The company likes to promote from within! JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Help process new hire paperwork
  • Provide administrative support to HR Manager
  • Record keeping and storing employee files
  • Assist with Payroll and/or Accounts Payable and Receivable as needed
  • Greet guests and perform clerical duties such as answering phones and routing calls to the appropriate extension
  • Facilitating events for the organization

 

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to stay organized under a heavy workload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
