Looking for someone that’s confident in their sourcing abilities. This person needs to bring a balance of recruiting knowledge, creativity, drive and innovation to the team. Key Responsibilities • Tasked with developing innovative and proactive methods of sourcing, evaluating, and pipelining challenging Sales talent for the company. • Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape, building a competitive intelligence knowledge base of companies and active and passive candidates. • Engage with Talent Advisors to understand the business that you are sourcing for. • Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Indeed Webcrawlers etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development • Bring new ideas, strategies and tools to the table for consideration. • Full cycle Recruiting with knowledge of compensation analysis and reporting .
Required Experience, Critical Knowledge and Core Competencies • 5 years active Talent Sourcing/Recruiting experience, demonstrating a proven track record of recruiting strategies, innovations and creativity. • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Worked in an ATS systems Desired Skills, Experience, Critical Knowledge and Core Competencies • Strong LinkedIn Recruiting skills and social media leads to find additional talent • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are required.
