RemX is partnered with an Automotive Financial Services Company in search of a career-oriented, enthusiastic team player to join their Customer Accounts/Collections Department! This is a full-time contract to hire position. New graduates welcome!!
Location: Suburbs of Wilmington, DE
Pay: $15.50/hour
Early Stage Collections Representative Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and negotiate payment arrangements with customers for past due accounts
- Assist customers with finance-related account inquiries
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Document actions appropriately in customer database
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Must be able to work one evening shift (11:00am-8:00pm) per month
- Must be able to work two Saturdays per month
Early Stage Collections Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, no exceptions
- Experience in a previous collections-type role preferred
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to type 55 WPM
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows PC
