RemX is partnered with a Title Underwriting Company in Plymouth Meeting, PA to find a Document Specialist to join their team!
Document Specialist Responsibilities:
- Ensure incoming mortgage documentation for each project is thoroughly reviewed and corrected using internal software and Microsoft Excel
- Communicate status of each project and answer questions from internal team and clients
- Prepare outgoing collateral shipments, including creating cover sheets and generating shipment labels
- Track, monitor, and notify parties of outgoing collateral shipments
Document Specialist Requirements:
- College Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of residential mortgage documents preferred
- General mortgage industry experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
