RemX is partnered with a Title Underwriting Company in Plymouth Meeting, PA to find a Document Specialist to join their team!

Document Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Ensure incoming mortgage documentation for each project is thoroughly reviewed and corrected using internal software and Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate status of each project and answer questions from internal team and clients
  • Prepare outgoing collateral shipments, including creating cover sheets and generating shipment labels
  • Track, monitor, and notify parties of outgoing collateral shipments 

Job Requirements

Document Specialist Requirements:

  • College Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of residential mortgage documents preferred
  • General mortgage industry experience preferred 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
