Provide quality telephone support along with a high standard of customer service 

Communicate updates with stakeholders (patients, case managers and insurance adjusters)


Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Bilingual Spanish (Fluent) 

Reliable, Professional, Self-Directed
