A pharmacy benefit management company in Scottsdale is currently seeking enthusiastic professionals in their customer care department.

Duties include:

  • Answering inbound calls from patients, doctor’s offices, hospitals, etc.
  • Researching and resolving issues
  • Reviewing account details to make sure requirements are met
  • Answering inquiries
  • Updating accounts

Job Requirements:

  • excellent communication skills
  • detail oriented and organized
  • medical experience is beneficial
  • must have at least one year of customer service experience
  • must be able to type at least 30 wpm

The hours are full-time, Monday-Friday, anywhere from 5am-6pm. Some Departments are open until 10pm and on Saturdays.
