My client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This is a high end design company seeking a professional, proactive and flexible candidate who can join the Customer Service team in providing a superior client experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Customer/Administrative experience working in a High End Product Manufacturing environment. The position consists of much more than just answering phones, it is collaborative and requires involvement and responsibility in many administrative aspects.
Ideal Candidate should have experience with B2B customers through phone and email with product and order information. Experience with requeting freight quotes, checking lead times and stock info from the factory oversees. Provide support to online retailers, sending weekly inventory feed and updating order information accordingly.
