RemX is partnered with a Human Resources Consulting company in Coatesville, PA to find an Account Manager to join their team! 

Entry level, full time, contract-to-hire, benefits available 

Pay: $17/hour 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p; mandatory overtime occasionally, as directed by the Director of Operations 

Account Manager Job Duties: 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Monitor and address customer service issues, operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers, manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail 
  • Review orders and communicate where necessary to the client, follow-up with clients/consumers to collect necessary information, follow up with team members as required to ensure timely turnaround of orders, review orders and product results for quality and accuracy 
  • Manage established procedures in evaluating compliance with company standards, processes, and policies 
  • Research and locate necessary information online 
  • Oversee general administrative responsibilities of department

Job Requirements

Account Manager Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience 
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management skills, attention to detail, customer service, prioritizing multiple responsibilities/accompanying tasks simultaneously, team oriented
  • Proficiency in PC applications, Microsoft Office Suite, ability to learn software quickly
