- Provide first point of contact for customers in line with agreed account split to ensure our customers have a dedicated point of contact for all sales orders related inquiries.
- Process customer expedites requests in line with agreed service level and escalation policy to obtain best possible availability
- Identify and produce data, liaising internally as appropriate to ensure arrears are escalated and processed effectively to meet customer required dates.
- Manage customer deletion, communicating to the appropriate sales person to ensure the requests are acceptable to the business.
- Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
