Job Duties

  • Accounts Payable duties to include, but not limited to: reviewing and processing payment of invoices, recording expenses, ensuring approval and documentation has been obtained, resolve purchase order, documentation, and payment discrepancies; issuing stop-payments.
  • Process daily deposits including check deposits, bank transfers, and ACH bank deposits and withdrawals.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts receivables, accruals and prepaid expenses.
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors.
  • Respond to managerial and vendor inquiries.

Job Requirements


  • 3-5 years accounting experience.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience with Great Plains, CVENT, and Salesforce preferred.
  • Team player with an ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Able to multi-task and have excellent organizational, problem-solving and project management skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
