TYPE: Direct Hire; Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

WHY THIS COMPANY: Our client is a 3rd party non asset-based supplier serving the nation for 25 years.  They have a growing sales team offering growth potential, competitive base salary plus commission structure, and full benefits.  This person will work directly with the CEO to learn and grow their career.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Follow up on sales leads to determine potential fit and present opportunities
  • Cold call at a high volume to prospect for new business
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture business opportunities
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly KPIs
  • Present solutions to clients virtually or in person to close business
  • Follow entire sales process from start to finish
  • Utilize CRM for following of sales process

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience is required; preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or transportation field
  • Experience working with a CRM software system is strongly preferred
  • Go-getter who is eager to build the business
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time for large client presentations
