Must be available to work any time between 9a-10p Monday through Friday and 8a-6p Saturday.

This position will perform Credit Counseling; specifically, in the areas of personal financial management counseling and credit card debt management. The position will work effectively within the business functions listed below, achieving productive results, while maintaining quality standards, meet/exceed performance requirements, build effective working relationships, and perform any and all work necessary to support our organizational objectives.

In a high-volume in bound call-center environment:
• Counsel and assist clients with debt related issues; budgeting and credit report review
• Work with multiple web applications to collect client data and find resources to provide client
• Influence qualified clients to take actions to improve their debt situation by either enrolling in a Debt Management Program or taking other actions to improve their situation
• Respond to client inquires and work assignment workflows daily
• Ability to utilize effective interpersonal skills to build work alliances
• Adept at meeting/exceeding performance requirements in a call center environment
• The ability to influence clients to take immediate action to improve their debt situation is a must
• Any other task required of position
