Description

TYPE: DIRECT HIRE: First Shift 

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Process vendor bills and sales orders
  • Answer calls from customers regarding order status and information
  • Receive and manage inventory
  • Enter quotes into software system
  • Process sales orders
  • Set up new customers and vendors
  • Process credit checks, collections, and credit holds
  • Create sales, purchasing, and financial reports
  • Process payments
  • Assist with expense reports and end of the month reports  

 

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) REQUIRED  
  • Minimum 2 year of sales support experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create relationships with clients and vendors
  • Ability to multitask
  • Accounting experience required
