RemX is hiring a Medicare Call Center Scheduler for a long-term opportunity with a large healthcare company in Innsbrook!


  • Manage scheduling, confirming, documenting and routing prospective enrollees to applicable advisors 
  • Answer and document all incoming calls while meeting call standards
  • Address plan benefits and application submissions timely
  • Educate enrollees on home visit scheduling process and expectations
  • Verify caller status through CRM and route to appropriate broker
  • Report any and all suspected broker fraud cases
  • Route and document enrollee grievances

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year customer service experience
  • Minimum one (1) year scheduler experience
  • Minimum one (1) year working with Medicare Advantage managed care organizations
  • Must possess excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills
  • Strong Microsoft and typing/data entry skills 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population
  • Bilingual communication skills a plus
