Summary

Responsible for following up on warm leads to sale extended warranty for existing customer via telephone.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, live transfers, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
  • Presenting, explaining, and selling our property and casualty products and services based on clients needs
  • Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
  • Computer database tracking and management of customer data and other sales data for new and current customers.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or resume demonstrating relevant work experience
  • One (1) to five (5) years of experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • General computer skills and ability to learn Company computer system
  • Willingness to get Property & Casualty license all paid 100% by company within the first 6 months.
