RemX Irvine is looking for an Jr. Recruiter/Office Coordinator who is a friendly, positive and computer savvy.  Are you looking for a new Career Opportunity as a Jr. Recruiter?  Then this might be the right position for you, Temporary that could lead to Evaluation to hire.  Located in Irvine $18.00-$22.00p/hr.

Office Coordinator Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls and assist callers
  • Assist job seekers that arrive for interviews
  • Assist with other clerical duties including data entry, internet research
  • Assist with recruiting as needed including reviewing resumes, reviewing incoming applicants, phone screens, running background checks, and completing reference check calls
  • Assist with lead generation including: uploading leads into CRM, searching for leads on line, and making general inquiry calls to prospective clients
  • Order Office Supplies and Marketing Material

Job Requirements

Office Coordinator Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience as HR Office Coordinator or HR Administrative support role or Recruiter related role
  • Staffing company experience a strong benefit
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • College degree preferred
