Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage fixed assets records in SAP

  • Review Accounts Receivable Reserves reconciliations, including Bad Debt, and Cash Discount.
  • Reconciliation of various general ledger accounts including revenue and expenditures variance analysis.
  • Perform month-end closing procedures and post closing analysis of Financial Statements.
  • Assistance with the annual audit and quarterly reviews.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
  • Maintain a flexible attitude in order to assume a variety of accounting projects as need arises.
  • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Prepare and record various other entries including taxes paid, 401k payments. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain fixed assets roll-forward for Corp and consolidate such schedules for all subsidiaries. Prepare weekly cash report for AP to pay. Be back up for uploading clear checks in JDE.
