Human Resources Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

Managing the administrative functions within a Human Resources team of six (6) that include but are not limited to:

Managing employee traffic/inquiries, phones, appointments/calendars, visitors from other locations

Manage the Intern program company wide

Weekly contract reporting

Monthly contract invoicing; review

Editing documents including job descriptions

Data Entry – Confidential investigations

PowerPoint slide show – company wide

Food truck scheduling/communication

Coordinate company wide events; blood drives, monthly donations, holiday celebrations

Job Requirements

Experience/Skills Needed:

2-5 Years in an administrative support role

1+ years within an HR related role

Confidentiality and Discretion

Professionalism

Organization

High School Diploma 

 

Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft
