Description

We are seeking a go-getting Customer Service Representative with experience in materials management and order entry.

Description

  • Answer phones & email
  • Order entry
  • Pricing, availability, features, applications
  • Industry research (vendor websites, product catalogues, customer research, etc)
  • Follow up as needed to ensure completion and accuracy of tasks
  • Accounting (billing discrepancies, credit hold)
  • Purchasing (inventory availability, forecasts, special orders)
  • Warehouse/Drivers (delivery issues, order pulling, etc) 

 

 

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a call center/high-volume role
  • Experience working with ERP systems preferred
  • Internal customer service experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook
  • Must be bilingual Spanish
