We are seeking a go-getting Customer Service Representative with experience in materials management and order entry.
- Answer phones & email
- Order entry
- Pricing, availability, features, applications
- Industry research (vendor websites, product catalogues, customer research, etc)
- Follow up as needed to ensure completion and accuracy of tasks
- Accounting (billing discrepancies, credit hold)
- Purchasing (inventory availability, forecasts, special orders)
- Warehouse/Drivers (delivery issues, order pulling, etc)
- 2-3 years of experience in a call center/high-volume role
- Experience working with ERP systems preferred
- Internal customer service experience preferred
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook
- Must be bilingual Spanish
