Description

 
  • Supports the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Identifies and recommends improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Assists with social media and website content.
  • Helps identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Prepares, formats and audits range of documents.
  • Assists with production of video and other marketing collateral.
  • Creates Real Estate Marketing Farms and Property Profiles.
  • Provides administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
  • Manages shipments and coordinates courier pick-ups.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

 

Pay Rate - $15.00 - 18.00/hr. DOE

 

Job Requirements

 
  • Minimum of 1 year o f experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, social networking, email marketing, search engines, Video production and editing. Solution orientated and customer centric.

  • Open-minded approach and creativity.
  • Completion of High School diploma or GED required and completion of an associate degree in any equivalent field is preferred. Social Media/Video Production experience is preferred.
