Call Center Supervisor - Orlando, FL

  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire
  • Hourly: $22.60/hr
  • Location: Orlando, FL near Orlando International Airport
  • Availability/Hours: Hours vary between 7:30am - 1:00am; must have open availability (Sunday-Saturday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met
  • Monitor staff to ensure they are staying on task
  • Utilize performance management to pre-plan, coordinate, and schedule staff levels to ensure operations successfully meet daily performance goals
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Review, approve, and maintain timesheets and leave requests for staff
  • Handle all escalated customer service issues
  • Monitor and document employee performance and provide continuous feedback
  • Prepare, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer service reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Three plus years of relevant experience as a supervisor in a call center
